Privacy Policy

Who handles your data: Camila Louise, brand strategist, in Belo Horizonte. For anything about your data, message me on WhatsApp at +55 31 98328-2906.

What I collect: your name, Instagram @, WhatsApp number and, if you choose, your field, when you fill in the form. In addition, the site and form provider records technical data, such as your IP address and browser.

Why: to answer your request, send you the review and talk with you on WhatsApp about it and about my services. I don’t sell your data or use it for any purpose other than those described here.

Legal basis: your consent and the steps you asked for before entering a contract (the LGPD, Brazil’s data protection law — Law 13.709/2018, Article 7, items I and V).

Where it’s kept: on WhatsApp and with the site and form provider, Netlify, in the United States. Until I have my own channel for receiving requests, the form notifications go to the technical team that looks after the site, which receives them on my behalf and only uses them to pass the requests on to me and keep the site running. This involves an international data transfer (LGPD, Article 33), with the safeguards provided by law.

How long: for as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you ask for deletion or withdraw your consent. After that, I keep only what the law requires.

Your rights: you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, find out who I’ve shared it with and withdraw your consent at any time, on WhatsApp. You can also file a complaint with the ANPD, Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority.
